This website is a compilation of hundreds that I have done in the last ten years or so. I wear many hats as a Bar Manager and Father, but Art is indeed my passion

My style of painting involves creating a complicated background of hundreds of grids of varying colors. When done the background will loosely look like the intended composition. From there I concentrate on adding detail to segments of the painting. This method allows me the most expression because different parts are all done at different times. For example a typical landscape composition might have twenty different trees. Painting all the trees during the same session will tend to create too many similarities and thus a boring composition. Patience and time allows my paintings to reflect my varying emotions and moods and in a strange way create a sense of balance and harmony in what are sometimes very detailed and confusing compositions.

In my previous job I sold art materials. This taught me the importance of using only the best acrylic paints and materials in all my work. With minimal care all of my finished works will be resistant to light, heat and humidity and will last hundreds of years.

I sell paintings through my website, at art shows and fairs, at galleries . . . basically I sell anywhere I think there might be buyers of my art. Many of the works in this book are commissioned works. In nearly all cases I can work from a photograph. If you have a favorite place (vacation, view from your home, etc.)
